From entrepreneurs and business owners to executives, senior managers and nonprofit directors, many of the "under 40" crowd are having a profound impact on our community.

As the new, and future leaders of the New Economy, Eastside Business Journal and its sponsor partners will identify and recognize the 40 young leaders whom our judging panel select as those most likely to lead us into the next century and beyond.

40 Under 40 will be an extended community campaign that includes posters, publicity and advertising, and will culminate in an exclusive party at the Red Hook Brewery. The Eastside 40 Under 40 is intended to celebrate these leading "under 40s," the contributions of our community's young business leaders, and the entrepreneurial spirit of those driving the Eastside business community to be among the most dynamic anywhere.
